Day 9 if you are not at the table, you might be on the table

My boss mentioned this to me this morning.  It was about 5 am meeting and it reminded me of a thing I said before about bringing value to a meeting.  Now I need to be at a meeting to bring value to my team that is not at that table.  If they are talking about something that affects my team, I need to be there even at 5am.
