Day 3 Decisions

Meetings are a necessary part of work these days, but how one might decide which meetings you are going to go to each day/week.  As a technical person, it is easy to decide when you bring value and when you do not.  When I have 3 options for a meeting at the same time, which one do I choose? The one with the largest customer, the one with the most complex issue, or the one with the biggest possibility that my staff will need support? Those are at least options that you can think about.  Now what if there are 2 internal meetings, do you look if you can reschedule one? I have been told that 1:1 meetings with your staff are super important, does that mean that that is priority one? Day 3 of this journey is not the time to solve all the items, but something that happened to me today.  Along with my boss telling me to add 2+ meetings a week to my list.  Each time I get a new request, I wish there was some physical decision tree I could use for meetings, then set up some automation to enforce it.  Not today, I had to accept a technical meeting at a one-off, as there is not another person to take it on the team.  Should be an easy one but still time.
