Day 10! Status Reports
This is the one activity that no one gets excited about. My thought it that it feels like having to explain what you did all week/day/month. I think that this is a "necessary" thing, but the way in which information about customers makes it to me and those above me can be more integrated into the standard process that people are already doing. Also, it is possible to move wins to a different format so that they can be used for encouragement and "I showed this to a VP" and they know your name now type thing.
